Carol Liu is an associate based in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. In her practice, she primarily focuses on helping lenders turn bad debts around into real recoveries. 

She provides advice on insolvency matters and has worked with a variety of stakeholders in insolvency proceedings and financial restructurings, including secured and unsecured creditors, receivers and trustees, and debtors.
