Experience

• Acting as part of a team advising Staffline on the £34.5 million acquisition of A4e, creating one of the UK's largest Work Programme providers.
• Advising a US real estate investment fund on the acquisition and subsequent liquidation of a portfolio of thirteen property-holding Luxembourg S.à r.l.s, with a combined value of over £210 million.
• Advising a Canadian real estate investment fund on the disposal of three property-holding Luxembourg S.à r.l.s, with a combined value of over £225 million.
• Advising a US real estate investment fund on the disposal of two property-holding Jersey SPVs, with a combined value of £43.5 million.
• Supporting a European investment management group on its £25 million equity and debt investment to support and accelerate growth of a residential developer of brownfield sites across the North West of England.
• Acting as part of a team advising on the private equity funded acquisitions of two multinational IT distributors to create an EMEA-wide high value specialist distribution business.
• Supporting a FTSE 100 international manufacturing group on its £12.5 million acquisition of a UK street lighting and road sign manufacturer.
• Advising on the corporate aspects of the acquisition of a £70 million 23MW data centre by the UK's fastest growing data centre provider.
