Christy Morgan

Christy is an Associate in the M&A and Private Equity team in London. Christy completed her Training Contract at the firm, undertaking seats in Property Litigation, M&A and Private Equity, Commercial Development and Investment (CDI) within the Real Estate department, and a secondment to Oxfam. Her breadth of experience is complemented by a year and a half as a paralegal in CDI, where she supported major portfolio acquisitions and disposals, lettings, and development schemes.

As a trainee in the M&A and Private Equity team at the firm, Christy gained substantial experience advising clients in the energy sector, including Island Green Power, NextEnergy, and UK Power Networks (UKPN). Christy draws on her legal training and hands-on experience to support clients in navigating their most significant transactions.
