Danny Long

Danny Long is an associate in the firm's Vancouver office, practising in the Business Law Group.

Danny primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. He has experience with corporate issuers in a broad range of capital market transactions, including initial public offerings. On the private corporate side, Danny has experience with a wide range of general corporate matters, including business structuring considerations, incorporations, continuations, dissolutions, minority shareholder issues, share transmissions, and corporate governance.

Danny completed his law degree at the University of Victoria. Before attending law school, Danny completed his undergraduate degree in history at the University of British Columbia.
