Duncan advises clients across a range of sectors (including retail, offices, logistics and industrial) on the acquisition, development, asset management and disposal of large and complex real estate assets with a particular focus on advising real estate investors and developers as well as retail operators.

His work ranges from advising institutional developers and occupiers on large placemaking regeneration projects, the acquisition of logistics and industrial portfolios, the sale/management of shopping centres and the strategic acquisition and development of complex supermarket schemes.
