Esther Kim

Esther Kim is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group.

Esther is a Canadian Trademark Agent. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement, including clearance, portfolio management, and opposition matters.

In 2022, Esther was seconded to a large Canadian financial institution, where she assisted on a range of business, technology, and intellectual property matters.

Esther completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she focused her studies in intellectual property law. Prior to law school, Esther obtained a BSc (Honours) in Life Sciences from McMaster University.
