Felicity Wade-Palmer

Felicity is a London-based associate in the Intellectual Property team. Felicity advises clients on how to best protect, enforce and exploit their intellectual property rights.

Felicity works across a full range of intellectual property rights, but has a particular interest in life sciences and technology patents. Before training to become a solicitor, Felicity studied Biochemistry at the University of Liverpool.

Felicity spent six months of her training contract in the Gowling WLG Guangzhou office.

Experience

  • Acting for InterDigital in its complex Standard Essential Patents (SEP) and FRAND dispute with Lenovo.
  • Assisted the Gowling WLG team representing Hexatronic in its High Court patent dispute with Emtelle.
  • Assisted the Gowling WLG team representing GSK in its High Court patent dispute with Vectura (Glaxo Group Limited & Ors v Vectura [2018] EWHC 3414 (Pat) (13 December 2018)).
