Graeme Macpherson

Graeme Macpherson is an associate lawyer in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on condominium law.

Graeme advises and assists condominium corporations, unit owners, boards of directors and property managers with a variety of matters, including collections, enforcement, disputes and documentary drafting/interpretation. In addition to his condominium-related work, Graeme also takes on a wide variety of commercial, administrative and estate litigation matters.

Graeme is committed to finding efficient, practical, and effective solutions for his clients, both in and out of the courtroom. He has appeared before of a variety of administrative tribunals, the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Graeme is a graduate of the law program at Queen's University where he won the course prizes in torts, insurance and civil procedure. When not working, you can usually find Graeme skiing, reading, or watching Formula-1 racing.
