James M.O. Miller

James Miller is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. James' practice focuses on health law and medical defence, including acting as counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its physicians.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, James concentrated his practice of law in the defence of hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice, general negligence and premises liability actions in Las Vegas, Nevada.
