Jennifer John

Jennifer John is a senior corporate law clerk in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. She works primarily within the firm's business law group.

Jennifer has extensive experience in various aspects of corporate law, including: amalgamations, corporate and tax reorganizations, due diligence, corporate proceedings under Ontario and Federal legislations for private and public entities, corporate proceedings relating to U.S. entities, limited partnership and general partnership registrations, extra-provincial registrations of domestic and foreign entities across Canada.

Jennifer has assisted on transactions involving routine and complex corporate restructurings and corporate acquisitions.
