Jessica George

Jessica George is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, practising Corporate Law.

Jessica's practice includes assisting businesses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and general corporate matters, having experience with share and asset purchase transactions, drafting limited partnership and shareholder agreements, and implementing complex corporate reorganizations.

Jessica's clients include Indigenous governments and organizations and private companies and Indigenous-owned businesses in a variety of sectors and industries, including alcohol, hotels, tech, energy, and infrastructure. Additionally, Jessica advises Indigenous clients on matters of corporate governance and economic development.

Jessica is a member of Couchiching First Nation in Northwestern Ontario.
