Jordan Narod

Jordan Narod is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Business Law Department. His practice focuses on corporate commercial law with an emphasis on technology and telecommunications. His work includes reviewing and drafting various types of commercial agreements, such as SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, licence agreements and contractor agreements. Jordan has also assisted Crown corporations, not-for-profit corporations and charities on business and compliance matters.

Jordan’s practice also includes acting as an independent investigator and adjudicator with respect to complaints of serious misconduct and maltreatment in sport.

Jordan also has experience in broadcast regulation working in-house through a secondment in the legal department of a large telecommunications company.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Jordan worked at a boutique law firm in Ottawa, where he focused on assisting small businesses and start-ups. In this role, he gained experience advising clients on the various issues entrepreneurs face today, including corporate structure, transactions, governance, employment, disputes and commercial contracting.
