Julie L. Wilson is the Director, Knowledge & Practice Support at Gowling WLG. She leads firm-wide initiatives that enhance knowledge assets, innovation, and practice support. In this role, Julie works closely with her colleagues and legal professionals across the firm to design and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and the delivery of legal services.
Julie’s background is in business law, and she has extensive experience supporting professionals with complex legal matters. She has been instrumental in developing and maintaining Gowling WLG’s extensive system of model precedents, ensuring that lawyers across the firm have access to practical, high-quality resources.
Beyond her firm role, Julie is deeply committed to the arts, local sports organizations, and her community. She serves as Chair of the Board for both The Elora Singers and the Three Centuries Festival, organizations that contribute significantly to Canada’s cultural landscape.
Julie is also actively engaged in issues relating to equity, diversity, and inclusion at Gowling WLG, and continues to support the firm’s efforts to foster a workplace where all professionals can thrive.
