Kaila Scarrow

Kaila Scarrow is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, and a member of the firm's Real Estate and Financial Institutions & Services Groups. She is developing a broad commercial practice with a focus on lending and commercial real estate financing.

Kaila is committed to the success of her clients, and works diligently and efficiently to reach comprehensive solutions to any number of challenges. She holds a JD from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, as well as a JD (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law.

While in law school, Kaila held two research assistant positions, was a mentor to a first-year law student through the law school's Peer Mentorship Program, and interned at the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan.

In addition, she was the recipient of a number of awards for academic excellence, including awards for highest academic standing in Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Advanced Advocacy, and her practical Law Firm Program course.
