Matthew Brooker

Matthew Brooker is an associate in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG's Toronto office.

Matthew's practice focuses on securities and corporate law. He assists clients with securities offerings, going-public transactions, continuous disclosure requirements, and private acquisitions.

During law school, Matthew completed an externship in the Emerging Growth Companies Group at a large Canadian law firm and worked at Blue J Legal, a Toronto-based startup that uses AI to predict legal outcomes.
