Michelle McCallum is a Director of Operations at Gowling WLG, overseeing office operations, firm administrative programs, facilities, and the day-to-day functioning of the firm’s workspaces.
Prior to this role, Michelle served as the General Manager of Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office and was responsible for all non-legal activities and operations, including human resources, finance, office services, facilities, and systems. During this time, she was also a member of the Waterloo Region Office Management Committee.
Michelle has over 25 years of business management experience and has been involved in or has managed almost every service function associated with law firm operations.
Michelle joined Gowling WLG in 2011.
