Mohammad Sharbatian is an associate in Gowling WLG's Hamilton office and a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Lending groups.
Mohammad practises in the areas of real estate and corporate/commercial law. He has experience advising investors, developers, lenders and businesses in numerous real estate and commercial transactions of all sizes. In addition to closing transactions, Mohammad assists his clients by drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of agreements.
Mohammad represents clients in a wide range of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions. He provides a seamless and value-added service to his clients' related needs and ensures that the process of closing a transaction is smooth and flawless.
Mohammad obtained a Masters in Law in International Business Law from Université de Montréal, where his legal studies familiarized him with both civil and common law.
Prior to practising law, Mohammad was the founder and president of an IT service company. Building the IT service business from the ground up enabled him to develop his skills in tech and learn the different aspects of a startup business.
Mohammad enjoys spending time with his kids, and playing and watching soccer in his spare time.
