Nancy Han

Nancy Han is an associate in Gowling WLG's Beijing office specialising in trademark filing and prosecution in China.

Nancy has been providing intellectual property services since 2012, initially as an intellectual property workflow and docketing manager, and later as a trademark attorney. Therefore, she has a solid ground on both the procedural and substantial aspects of intellectual property practice. Her working experience in trademark matters including trademark searches, applications, assignments, reviews, oppositions, invalidations, cancellations, renewals and other trademark-related issues. She specialises in trademark prosecution including advising on availability of trademarks for registration, dealing with official actions, trademark portfolio management and contentious proceedings. She is a graduate of Beijing Tourism Institute and majored in English language.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
