Nathan’s practice includes trademark searching, prosecution, opposition and non-use cancellation proceedings, enforcement, litigation, and international portfolio management, as well as copyright litigation, proceedings before the Copyright Board of Canada, and advising on a wide-range of copyright related issues.

After being called to the Ontario bar in 2016, he began his career in insurance defence, where he gained extensive litigation experience and appeared before Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
