J. Quinn Clement-Schlimm

J. Quinn Clement-Schlimm is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, and a member of the firm's Business Law Group and Blockchain & Smart Contracts Group. He has experience dealing in matters relating to cryptocurrencies, securities, commercial negotiation and drafting, and mergers & acquisitions.

Quinn completed his JD/MBA at the University of Toronto. He served as an editor with the U of T Faculty of Law Review and the Journal of International Law and International Relations.

Quinn spent five summers working in the legal department at Geotab Inc., focusing on data privacy and data governance for connected vehicles. He also spearheaded Geotab's CASL compliance program.
