Rasha assists with advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including brand protection and brand portfolio management.

Rasha has nearly eight years' experience, specialising in a range of trademark matters in the MENA region. Rasha experience covers trademark prosecution, including portfolio management, conducting clearance searches, filing and registration of trademarks, in addition to appeals. Rasha has advised and assisted numerous clients across a range of industries including aviation, fashion, retail, entertainment, restaurants, cosmetics, real estate and telecommunications in their worldwide filing programmes.
