• Advised Brockwell Energy on the sale of Westfield Energy Recovery Facility, an Energy-from-Waste plant in Fife, Scotland to Equitix, a global investor, developer and long-term fund manager of core infrastructure assets.
• Advised a subsidiary of Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc on its acquisition of a portfolio of 50 solar PV assets across the UK.

Private Equity

• Acted for Medux, a leading provider of homecare and mobility aids in the Netherlands, on its acquisition of Medequip, a UK provider of community equipment and complementary services.
• Advised Cairngorm Capital on the acquisition of RGB Building Supplies, a leading independent builders' merchant with 22 branches in the South West,
• Advised Getinge, a global medical technology company, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Quadralene, a global manufacturer of decontamination products for the health care and dental sector for approximately £19 million.
• Advising NVM Private Equity on its secondary buyout and £7 million investment into Chemigraphic, a leading provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services to the medical technology, defence and power systems sectors.

Financial Services

• Advised AssetCo plc on its acquisition of a majority stake in Rize ETF, an exchange traded fund issuer, from Irish financial services group Davy for approximately £16.5 million.
• Advised AssetCo plc on acquisitions of a number of asset management businesses.

Venture Capital

• Advise Rated People in respect of fundraising and general corporate matters.
• Advised Peakspan Capital on leading a Series B funding round into Simfoni, a digital solutions provider in the spend intelligence space.
• Advised Epidarex Capital on the launch of Epidarex Exeed, its therapeutic discovery engine focused on advancing early stage life sciences assets.
• Acting for mobile autonomy software developer Oxbotica Limited on a first round investment of £14 million led by Parkwalk Advisors, IP Group plc and AXA XL
• Acting for Ridge Pharma Limited on a first round growth capital investment of £3.2 million led by NVM Private Equity
