Ryan's role as a specialist Professional Support Lawyer means he is focused on ensuring that our real estate team have all the information they need at their fingertips, freeing them up to focus on the commercial needs of our clients. As part of the knowledge management team, Ryan assists by keeping real estate lawyers up to date with the technical legal knowledge, process efficiencies and resources they need. He is on hand to sense check and provide a second opinion on the detail of transactions that have significant legal implications. Real Estate is a sector that is constantly on the move; having experts like Ryan in place to work with our lawyers and documents means we can assure our clients that we are moving with it.

Ryan previously spent over 10 years as a transactional lawyer practising in the City. His broad experience in the real estate sector included development, asset management, high value investment acquisition and funding work. His practical experience acts as a discerning information filter, giving our lawyers best in class advice not only on the law, but also the practice and procedure they need to provide the highest quality service.
