Sarah Galvin

Sarah has a particular focus on the development of industrial space, acting for some of the sector's largest players as they respond to increasing occupier demand for such space in the logistics sector. She acts on the acquisition, development and subsequent disposal of such sites. She also regularly acts on the development of mixed-use schemes and for investor clients as they acquire and dispose of retail assets, such as shopping centres and retail parks.

Experience

• Advising Mulberry Development on the development of a state of the art, 1.1 million sq. ft. logistics campus in Doncaster. The scheme was developed with – and ultimately sold to – BentallGreenOak, and let to Culina (the parent company of Eddie Stobart).
• Advising Wilson Bowden on the disposal of four logistics units across the country to Urban Logistics REIT, including a £23 million deal for two sites at Blenheim Park in Nottingham and Optimus Point in Leicester.
