Syed S. Ullah

Syed Ullah is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private company financings, business reorganizations and general corporate governance matters. Syed assists clients throughout the corporate life cycle, with a focus on delivering practical and business-minded solutions.

Syed earned his Juris Doctor degree from Robson Hall at the University of Manitoba. During his legal studies, he gained valuable experience working as an in-house law student with a leading energy and utilities provider, supporting a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters.

Outside of work, Syed is an avid sports enthusiast with a passion for MMA, the NBA, and the NHL. A loyal Winnipeg Jets fan, he never misses a chance to support his team.
