Ursula Kenkel

Ursula Kenkel is an associate at Gowling WLG’s Toronto office and a key member of the firm's Infrastructure Industry Group. She advises both public sector clients and private sector participants across all phases of the project lifecycle, focusing on large-scale infrastructure projects in Canada and the United States.

Ursula has extensive experience working with various project delivery models, including traditional P3s and progressive delivery approaches. Her expertise spans a wide range of asset classes and sectors, such as transportation, healthcare and energy.

In addition to her professional role, Ursula is an Executive Committee Member for the Young Leaders in Infrastructure (YLI) Toronto Chapter, where she actively contributes to the development and mentorship of emerging leaders in the infrastructure sector.
