Advising St Modwen Developments on a joint venture with VINCI plc in relation to the £2 billion development of New Covent Garden and its subsequent variation.
Advising M&G plc on the set up and structuring of a JV fund using the new private fund limited partnership vehicle and bringing together both national and international professional investors. The fund acquired the Selly Oak Retail Park in Birmingham for £94 million.
Advising on the launch of a new investment platform between NFU Mutual, Apache Capital and Harrison Real Estate Capital. The platform intends to invest in a range of up to seven build-to-rent schemes across England and Scotland.
Triple Point REIT
Since its listing in August 2017, advising Triple Point REIT on its downstream acquisitions totalling approximately 60 transactions and over 100 properties.
