Gowling WLG advises sponsors on GRIT Real Estate Income Group Limited's move to LSE premium segment
Gowling WLG has advised finnCap and Deloitte as joint sponsors in relation to GRIT Real Estate Income Group Limited's ("GRIT") move from the standard segment to the London Stock Exchange (LSE) premium segment.
GRIT is a leading pan-African real estate investment trust and invests in and manages a diversified portfolio of assets underpinned by mainly US dollar and Euro denominated long-term leases with multi-national tenants. It has become the first Mauritius based company to have a premium listing on the LSE.
Gowling WLG previously advised finnCap on GRIT's London initial public offering (IPO) in 2018.
