Gowling WLG has been recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplace™ for Wellbeing by Great Place to Work® UK, placing 42nd in the 'super-large' category.

Great Place to Work's culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people's holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how its company supports work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security.

In March, Great Place to Work®'s 'UK's Best Workplaces™' latest rankings placed the firm 33rd in the 'super-large' category, which includes organisations with more than 1,000 employees.
