Nadine Junghenn

Nadine Junghenn is a German qualified lawyer working for the employment & labour law practise of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office. She advises and represents national and international clients in all matters of individual and collective employment law, especially negotiations with works councils to conciliation board proceedings and labour court litigation.

Despite that she gives general HR advice and supports employers during entire "life cycle" of their employees, from drafting the employment contract to problems during the employment relationship (e.g. relocation) through to termination of employment.

Nadine completed a International Master's degree in Labour and Employment Law (LL.M.) at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and is a certified specialist for Labour and Employment law in Germany (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht).

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2024, Nadine worked for a major German law firm.
