Newly qualified
Launchpad is our development programme which equips our newly qualified solicitors with the fundamental skills for their first year of qualification and beyond. The programme comprises a two-day main event with a number of follow-up workshops covering everything from good financial practice and business development essentials to career development planning, resilience and building relationships.
