On May 18, 2021, Novatech Group Inc. ("Novatech") acquired the patio door division of Energi Fenestration in Terrebonne, Quebec. This acquisition increases Novatech's patio door manufacturing capability and becomes the 6th plant of this product family in the group.

Novatech, headquartered in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, is a leading manufacturer of steel entry doors, doorglass, patio doors, residential insulated glass and commercial glass products. The company operates 16 facilities in Canada, the US and France. The CDPQ (Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec) has been a strategic partner since 2012.
