On November 21, 2023, a private dental network organization based in Calgary, Alberta acquired three dental clinics pursuant to a share purchase agreement. The clinics, being Maxwell Dental, Health First Dental and UltraWhite Dental Laboratory, are all located in Calgary, Alberta and now form part of the acquiring group's stable of dental practices.
