Since joining Gowling WLG in 2021, Shereen has played a pivotal role in supporting the firm's efforts to create a more compelling, positive and inclusive workplace for all firm members—a key element of the firm's priority to put people first. Shereen collaborates across our many offices, groups and teams to drive targeted, data-driven initiatives that enhance the firm's DEI efforts.

Most recently, Shereen played a key role in enabling the firm to achieve Mansfield Rule Certification Plus. Mansfield establishes a clear, structured and globally recognized certification process for law firms to ensure that all qualified legal professionals have a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership roles.
