Bio
Dr. Annette Rickert is a Partner in the Corporate, Finance and Tax practice in our Frankfurt office.
Her practice covers all areas of national and international taxation.
Annette has extensive expertise in M&A and private equity transactions. She focuses on the development and implementation of tax and financing structures for cross-border acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, tax-efficient management participation programs and exit scenarios as well as tax disputes.
Before joining us in January 2026 Annette was a lawyer and certified tax advisor at other international law and big four accounting firms.
