Arwa Abdeh

Arwa has gained extensive in-house experience, particularly as a secondee for an international fashion retail group (assisting with cross-border franchise, wholesale, distribution and intellectual property transactions), and through her secondment to the commercial legal team at Warner Bros. Discovery.

Arwa's experience also encompasses the media and entertainment sector, which includes:

• working on multi-party financing projects for films and TV shows;
• advising on asset ownership and licensing matters; and
• dealing with international commercial arrangements relating to distribution and production of media products.
