Daniel has a successful track record of delivering strategic projects in both major corporates and consulting roles, working across a wide range of business functions, sectors, and markets during more than 25 years in legal, commercial, and business leadership.

Daniel has degrees in Business and Law, holds a Phd/Doctorate in Law/IP and Public Policy (Software Patentability), is a registered Attorney at Law admitted to the German Bar, received the certificate of LL.M./Master of Laws (Common Law and Comparative Law), graduated as EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration), is a Certified Coach and is appointed Affiliate Professor of ESCP Paris and Berlin (École Supérieur der Commerce à Paris) for Governance, Law and Leadership.
