Erica Kuderian

Erica Kuderian is a litigation associate in Gowling WLG’s Waterloo Region office.

Her practice spans a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including construction disputes, cyber security issues, shareholder disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, and employment litigation. Known for her analytical and strategic approach, Erica helps clients navigate and resolve complex legal challenges.

As a litigator, Erica knows the importance of understanding each client’s unique goals, and that there is no “one size fits all” approach to litigation. From commencing a claim to obtaining and enforcing a judgment, she guides clients through every stage of the litigation process without losing sight of her client’s bottom line. She also has experience assisting with appellate matters.

In her construction law practice, Erica has handled claims management, lien matters, complex document discovery, mediation, arbitration, and the negotiation of favourable settlements. In 2023, she completed the Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law, further strengthening her ability to support clients in this highly specialized area.
