Hadrien advises and assists French and foreign companies in pre-litigation, litigation and arbitral proceedings. He further assists clients in the course of alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as in implementing compliance programs, notably to French anticorruption and "duty of care" laws.
Prior joining Gowling WLG Hadrien acquired a solid experience as a legal counsel at Fierville Ziadé and CBR & Associés and as in-house legal counsel and Ph.D. candidate in the Dispute Resolution department of the Orano group (formerly Areva), one of the world's leading company in nuclear energy.
Hadrien has achieved a Ph.D. thesis, under the direction of Professor Bruno Dondero (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University) on "Risk prevention, compliance programs control, and new liabilities mechanisms: A study of Sapin 2 (Title I) and duty of vigilance laws".
Hadrien holds a post-graduate degree in contract law from Paris XI Versailles-Saclay University. He completed his Ph.D. thesis at Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
