Bio
Hannah is a Partner in the UK Employment Labour and Equalities team. Her focus is on supporting businesses on the HR legal aspects of change, whether through M&A, outsourcing or internal re-organisation. Her work scales from individuals and small groups through multi-national transactions.
An experienced international practitioner, she works closely with her Partners and colleagues in Paris and Frankfurt on delivery across Europe, partnering with colleagues in every major European country. Her starting point is to make the complex as simple as possible, leading and advising clients always with clarity.
She aims for the calm resolution of conflict. She has handled disputes for employers of all sizes and many industries and sectors.

What I enjoy most about the job is working with different teams of people facing different challenges with the people they work with. Those challenges can be difficult to resolve and I enjoy that too. Over my career as a lawyer (20 years!), I have always been interested as to how people work together - or not. I like the commercial aspects, stepping inside the client's business and helping it to work better.
