Manpreet Kandola

Manpreet is an associate in Gowling WLG's contentious construction and engineering team and acts for developers, contractors and sub-contractors.

She is experienced in adjudication, mediation and litigation and also advises clients on contract administration, particularly JCT forms.

Manpreet takes an inquisitive approach to matters to understand the key issues and detail and takes a strategic approach with a view of the wider impact for the client. She has an appreciation for the commercial objectives of the stakeholders, adapting her approach to achieve those objectives and the best outcome for clients.
