We have significant experience dealing with the procurement aspects of a diverse range of construction projects including major City headquarters, high end residential, retail, leisure, international commercial and industrial schemes and large scale urban renewal and infrastructure projects. We advise on project finance, funding and development agreements as well as all forms of building contracts, appointment documents, warranties and ancillary contracts.
We have significant expertise in contentious construction. We often work with our clients to prevent issues escalating into litigation and to achieve the quickest and most beneficial resolution to their problems, mostly through arbitration and mediation.
Where necessary, we have acted for our clients in a wide range of domestic and international litigation arising out of construction projects, including large scale and complex litigation as well as smaller disputes involving specific issues of construction law.
