On August 7, 2018, Pacific Western Transportation ("PWT") acquired McCluskey Transportation Services.

PWT is the largest privately-owned passenger transportation company in Canada, providing a variety of bus services in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Yukon. McCluskey Transportation Services, based in Etobicoke, Ontario, is a school bus operator in the Greater Toronto Area.

Gowling WLG advised PWT in this acquisition with a team that include Graham Darling, Ken Hanbidge and Duncan Snyder.
