On Dec. 31, 2018, Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired all of the commercial assets of Pure Life H2O Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario.

Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc (AIM: WTL.L), a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of point-of-use ("POU") drinking water purification and dispensing systems headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
