CRTCE acquired by AltMed Capital

On April 29, 2020, AltMed Capital Corp. ("AltMed") purchased 100% of the shares of the Canadian Rapid Treatment Centre of Excellence Inc. ("CRTCE"). This transaction was completed in advance of and in anticipation of AltMed's acquisition by Champignon Brands Inc. which closed the following day.

CRTCE, located in Toronto, provides IV Ketamine Infusion Therapy for the management of psychiatric disorders.

Gowling WLG was counsel to two of the three selling shareholders of CRTCE with a team that included Todd Bissett (corporate), Ash Gupta (tax) and Jodey Therriault (real estate).
