On July 12, 2019, Walker Aggregates Inc., an Ontario-based construction materials company, acquired certain Ontario-based construction and aggregates companies (including Harold Sutherland Construction Inc. and H.S.C. Aggregates Ltd.) owned by Harold Sutherland.
