Waterlogic Canada acquires Corporate Water Canada

On September 30, 2020, Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired all of the shares of Corporate Water Canada, a point-of-use water system distributor and servicer that operates in the Greater Toronto Area.

Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc, a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of point-of-use ("POU") drinking water purification and dispensing systems in over 60 countries around the world and headquartered in Maidenhead, UK. Waterlogic Plc was acquired in January 2015 by funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l, a European multistrategy investment manager founded in 2014 and based in Luxembourg.
