JC Enviro acquired by Environmental 360 Solutions

On April 5, 2021, Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. ("E360S") announced that it had acquired certain assets of JC Enviro Inc. ("JC Enviro").

Based in Etobicoke, Ontario, JC Enviro is a specialty environmental service company engaged in the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste treatment, product destruction, and recycling. JC Enviro handles products such as solvents, paint sludges, emulsions, contaminated water, and soil. JC is also a licensed recycler and transfer site facility, and is responsible for the preparation, labeling, transporting and disposal of hazardous materials.

E360S, based in Aurora, Ontario, provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and industrial commercial and institutional customers.
