On July 30, 2021, Waterlogic Canada Inc. acquired Naturizzata Water Co., a privately held company headquartered in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Naturizzata is a supplier of water filtration systems and sparkling water dispensing systems in Canada.

Waterlogic Canada is a subsidiary of Waterlogic Plc, a leading global designer, manufacturer, distributor and operator of POU drinking water purification and dispensing systems in over 60 countries around the world and headquartered in Maidenhead, UK.
