On September 12, 2022, N. Harris Computer Corporation, a global vertical market software provider, announced its acquisition of private cloud management platform AirVM Inc. (doing business as HyAlto).

HyAlto offers the only revenue-focused cloud management platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to provide multi-tenant private cloud hosted services. The HyAlto platform delivers a single point of management, designed to reduce the cost and complexity of the multi-cloud for any requirement and business model.
